Community Rules Agreement
Me, You, & GOD · Operator: In Your Lane Customs LLC
Version 2026-10-19.1 · Effective October 19, 2026
Please read these rules before using member features. You may print or save a copy. If you do not agree, do not participate in member features. Public information, these rules, sign-in and account recovery remain accessible.
1. Our purpose and respectful conduct
This is a faith-centered space for fellowship, prayer, Bible study, community outreach, events, and optional dating. Treat people with dignity, including people whose beliefs or backgrounds differ from yours. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, discriminate unlawfully, promote violence, or encourage self-harm. Respect a person’s refusal or request to stop contact. Do not evade blocks or moderation.
2. Eligibility and truthful accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the age and eligibility requirements of each feature. Dating is only for single adults aged 25 and older seeking a committed relationship. Do not misstate your age, impersonate another person, use stolen pictures, share login credentials, create deceptive duplicate accounts, or create an account to evade restrictions. One personal account per person is the rule; account recovery and legitimate corrections should go through review. Technical checks cannot guarantee that all accounts are unique.
The current dating age check relies on the birth date entered by the member. Government ID and facial verification are not active. An account, profile, photo, or approval is not proof of identity, age, trustworthiness, or safety. Do not upload IDs to posts, messages, or profile photographs. Any future identity or biometric check requires its own clear notice and applicable consent; accepting these rules does not authorize it.
3. Follow applicable law
Follow laws applicable to you, your activity, and the places where you organize, sell, travel, or participate. Do not use this service for fraud, scams, trafficking, exploitation, illegal sales, unlawful fundraising, money laundering, or prohibited material. Do not use it where doing so is prohibited. Organizers and sellers must obtain required permissions, licenses, and rights and meet applicable safety, consumer, tax, privacy, and accessibility obligations.
This agreement sets common community standards for an international audience. It does not certify compliance in every country or replace local legal requirements. Mandatory local rights and protections apply regardless of these rules. No clause requires you to waive a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived or prevents a lawful report to authorities.
4. Posts, videos, Scripture, and content rights
Post accurate information and only material you own or have permission to share, including music, pictures, recordings, and other people’s likenesses. Do not publish another person’s confidential information, address, private conversation, identity document, or recording without the necessary permission and legal basis. Do not publish sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate material, or other illegal content. Do not upload malicious files, spam, or deceptive links.
You retain your content rights. You grant the operator the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, display, deliver, and moderate content you choose to submit through the service, consistent with its selected visibility. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your likeness. Deletion may not remove copies other members have already made or records lawfully retained for security or legal reasons.
Present Scripture honestly, identify the Bible version, and respect the full context. Clearly distinguish quotations, interpretation, testimony, and opinion. Automatic translations may contain errors; consult the original wording and a published Bible version when studying Scripture.
5. Events, outreach, travel, and donations
Please verify events before attending, traveling, registering, donating, or paying. Independently contact the organizer and venue. Confirm the location, date, time, price, age guidance, accessibility, permissions, cancellation terms, and refund terms. Listings must include a working public organizer phone number or official website and permission to publish that contact. Do not list private home addresses or misrepresent permission to use a venue.
Unless expressly identified as operated by the platform, events and outreach activities are run by independent third parties. A listing review is not a safety certification or endorsement. Do not misrepresent charitable status or tax deductibility. Read the Event Responsibility Notice for practical event-verification guidance.
6. Dating, private contact, and online meetings
Participation in dating is optional. Be truthful about your relationship status and intentions. Do not solicit money through deceptive romantic claims, pressure others, send unwanted sexual content, or disclose someone’s private details. Independently assess people and circumstances before meeting. No match or review guarantees a safe interaction.
Google Meet and Zoom have their own terms, admission controls, limits, and privacy practices. Do not record or redistribute a conversation without the required permission and legal basis. Hosts must use appropriate moderation controls. The platform cannot watch every call, verify attendance, prevent link resharing, or end an external meeting. Do not describe a room as actively hosted when it is not.
7. Privacy and separate permissions
Provide only information needed for the feature. Member content may be visible to other eligible members according to the feature; members may still copy or record it. Use privacy controls, blocking, and reporting. Do not scrape member information, collect faces, track people, or use contact details for unsolicited marketing.
The operator records your account identifier, account email when available, typed signature, agreement version, exact acknowledgment, document fingerprint, and acceptance time to document assent and administer access. This record is private and accessible to authorized administrators and your own account. It does not verify your government identity. Do not include confidential documents in the signature field.
This agreement is not consent to biometric processing, marketing, public disclosure of private account details, or a paid subscription. Those activities need their own notices, lawful basis, and permissions where required. A separate privacy notice and any feature-specific notices also apply when published; this agreement is not a replacement for them.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
Review the actual seller, item, price, currency, delivery, refund terms, and payment provider before paying. An order request or quoted total is not proof of payment. No subscription or recurring charge is authorized by accepting these rules. Future paid membership must present its own price, renewal, cancellation, and other required disclosures and obtain the necessary authorization. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
9. Reports, review, and access restrictions
Use Report and Block for concerns. The operator may review reports and restrict content or features for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or breaches of these rules. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the operator will explain the reason and allow a request for human review. Suspected duplicates or verification mismatches are reasons for review, not automatic proof of wrongdoing. Do not submit deliberately false reports.
The platform is not an emergency service and does not monitor every interaction in real time. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Nothing prevents you from contacting law enforcement, a regulator, or a court or exercising a right of complaint or appeal under applicable law.
10. Responsibility and rights preserved
The service provides tools for sharing information and connecting people. It cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, identity of members, event safety, translation accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or results of participation. You remain responsible for your own conduct and reasonable independent checks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for loss or harm caused by independent third-party organizers or members. Nothing excludes or limits liability for conduct or harm that the law does not permit us to exclude or limit, or removes mandatory consumer, privacy, equality, or other legal protections. No forced arbitration, blanket waiver of claims, or exclusive foreign court is imposed by this community agreement.
11. Electronic acceptance, copies, and changes
By typing your name, checking the required acknowledgment, and selecting Agree and continue, you intend to sign and be bound by this agreement with In Your Lane Customs LLC to the extent permitted by applicable law. Electronic form alone does not remove applicable contract requirements. The operator records assent; it cannot establish that you actually read every sentence. You can download these rules and your acceptance receipt.
Material changes will have a new version and require a new affirmative agreement before continued member participation. New terms are not accepted merely by visiting a page. You may stop using member features if you do not agree. Access needed for account recovery, your existing order history, and supported data-removal requests is preserved. These rules do not retroactively authorize charges or waive accrued rights.
12. Company contact and privacy
For questions, privacy requests, a safety complaint, or a request to review a moderation decision, contact meyouandgod@inyourlanecustoms.com. Include enough information to locate your account or the issue, but do not email passwords, identity documents, financial account numbers, or facial scans. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing private account information. This inbox is not an emergency service.
Read the Pilot Privacy Notice for current data practices and request options. Statutory notices, local consumer and privacy rights, and legally required disclosures remain applicable.
