Pilot Privacy Notice
Me, You, & GOD · Operated by In Your Lane Customs LLC
Updated October 19, 2026
Privacy contact: meyouandgod@inyourlanecustoms.com. This notice describes current pilot features. It is not a promise of perfect security, a complete list of every country’s legal requirements, or permission to use personal information for unrelated purposes.
Information used by the pilot
- Account sign-in and verified email are handled through Supabase authentication. The application uses an account identifier and email to associate your account and permissions.
- Community profiles may contain a chosen display name, location, interests, circles, introduction, photos, and optional contact choices. Do not post a private home address or confidential information. Private sign-in email and real-name details are not part of the member directory. Church and business profiles may separately publish an optional contact email with affirmative permission; it can be copied by visitors and removed through profile editing. This does not enable member-to-church private messaging.
- Member posts, videos, captions, flyers, comments, and Love reactions are stored to provide the feed. They are available to eligible signed-in members after agreement and any required moderation. Other members can copy or record content they can view.
- Dating is optional and uses a private entered birth date, relationship confirmations, preferences, location, faith information, profile content, photos, and mutual-interest messages. Dating requires age 25+ based on the entered date. Birth dates and account emails are not displayed in dating cards.
- Private messages are made available to the relevant participants through application access checks. They are not described as end-to-end encrypted. Do not send passwords, IDs, financial account details, or sensitive records through messages.
- Events include public organizer contact details provided with publishing permission. Organizer-uploaded event flyers and registration links are public after listing approval; pending flyers are limited to their submitter and the authorized site owner. Approved church event listings can appear in church-name search and combined calendars. Organizer phone numbers or websites, venue details, and approved listing information are public. Church publishing rosters contain up to five private account emails, authority-check notes, and change records available to the site owner. A designated administrator can see their own assigned churches. Publication records identify which account published a church event. Private review notes and reports are available to authorized administrators.
- Signed church authorizations are private PDF records, available to the named administrator, verified church pastor, and site owner. Pastor oversight includes designated administrator emails and removal requests. These records remain separate from public profile deletion; deletion revokes that account’s church authority but does not automatically erase the signed forms. Request retention review by email. Church-to-church inbox access requires approved representatives; individuals and businesses cannot message church profiles. Pastors-only announcements require a verified pastor role; the site owner can access them for moderation. Other announcement audience labels describe the intended activity audience, not verified age or permission for children to join.
- Room reservations store the host account, group label, expiry, and a hashed invitation code. Public room listings show the label and expiry. Reservations control website link access, not Google Meet attendance or copied links. Expired reservation records are replaced or removed during room use.
- Order requests contain the details you submit for quoting and fulfillment. External payment providers handle their own checkout records; this site does not collect full card numbers.
- Agreement records contain your account identifier, account email when available, typed signature, exact acknowledgment, agreement version, document fingerprint, and acceptance time. These records support access administration and evidence of assent.
- Abuse-prevention and moderation records include reports, blocking information, account status, video usage, and room-link clicks. Server and service providers may also process technical request information needed to deliver and secure their services.
Use, visibility, and service providers
Information is used to run the features you choose, administer accounts and agreements, deliver requested communications, moderate reports, prevent abuse, fulfill requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not infer that accepting community rules is consent for every type of data processing. Any use requiring separate consent must obtain it.
The pilot uses hosting and storage infrastructure, Supabase for authentication, and external services when you choose their links. Google Translate, Google Meet, Zoom, Bible content services, and payment providers have their own practices. A separate Google-translated public copy may receive the public page URL and content. Browser translation may send the page text you translate to the browser’s provider. Opening an external service can share technical request information with that service.
The built-in paid translation connection and government-ID/facial verification are not active. There is no dedicated ID-upload or biometric-scanning feature. Do not upload identity documents or facial verification material into general photos, posts, or messages. Future biometric processing would require a separate notice, a lawful basis and applicable consent, safeguards, a justified retention/deletion schedule, and a tested service.
Retention and deletion
Profile content, posts, messages, and account-related records remain stored until removed through supported controls or an applicable retention/deletion process. Deleting a community profile removes the application records handled by that control; it does not itself delete the separate authentication-provider account, external payment records, other people’s copies, or all agreement/order records. For a broader access or deletion request, email the company contact above.
The room dashboard shows the most recent 30 days of click records; older records are cleaned up during room use or owner refresh. Video abuse-prevention records older than 30 days are cleaned up during new upload reservations. These are activity-triggered cleanup processes, not promises of deletion at the exact 30-day boundary. Agreement, order, security, and legal records may need separate retention review. Information should be retained only for a necessary, documented purpose, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can edit supported profile fields, delete your own supported posts/photos/videos, block members, report concerns, and use profile-removal controls. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under your applicable law at meyouandgod@inyourlanecustoms.com. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction. We may ask for proportionate account verification, but do not email an ID unless a separate secure process is arranged. You may contact the applicable privacy regulator or exercise other legal rights.
Security, sensitive information, and international use
Member access checks and owner-only controls limit access to private features and records. No system can guarantee that information will never be accessed, copied, or disclosed improperly. Collecting less sensitive information reduces what can be exposed. The pilot does not promise that information stays within your country. Hosting locations, service-provider arrangements, applicable transfer safeguards, religious-belief and dating information, age/capacity requirements, and local notices require continuing legal and operational review before broader international expansion.
Do not create an account for another person or submit children’s personal information. Dating is restricted to 25+. The broader community age and safeguarding policy is still under review; do not use the pilot to organize unsupervised activity with children.
Incident reports and updates
Report suspected exposure, account compromise, or a privacy concern to meyouandgod@inyourlanecustoms.com. Do not include exposed sensitive records in an unsecured email. The operator will assess reports and applicable response or notification obligations. This is not an emergency response service. Material changes to community rules require renewed assent; privacy updates do not retroactively authorize unrelated uses.
